3. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information required for our services
- Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile and related accounts
- Respond to our communications and verification requests in a timely manner
- Not engage in any activities that violate Google's guidelines or policies
- Make timely payments as agreed upon
4. Service Delivery
Regarding our service delivery:
- We aim to achieve results within 25-30 working days for most GMB ranking services
- Results may vary depending on competition, location, and business category
- We follow Google's guidelines and use only white-hat SEO techniques
- We cannot guarantee specific rankings as search algorithms are controlled by Google
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions:
- Payment is required in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other accepted methods
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced (see Refund Policy for details)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new clients
6. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials created by Ranking Ravils remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing. Clients retain ownership of their business information, logos, and existing content provided to us. Any content created for your GMB profile becomes your property upon full payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ranking Ravils shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. We are not responsible for any changes in Google's algorithms, policies, or platform that may affect your GMB ranking or profile status. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activities that violate Google's guidelines.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
